After a sensational season in 2022, The Spiegeltent returns to Newcastle from the 30th March 2023 in the gorgeous Civic Park.
Taking up residence in the opulent Spiegeltent this year is THE PARTY. The outrageous new headline production by creative geniuses Strut & Fret, creators of Blanc de Blanc and LIMBO.
Calling all social climbers, rich kids, gate crashers and hangers-on; the lavish stage is set for The Party of the century, so make sure you’re on the invite list. This evening is destined to be one for the history books.
THE PARTY is a highly exclusive evening of the upmost sophistication with absolutely no rules. What could possibly go wrong?
Returning by popular demand, Japan’s MAHO MAGIC BAR is back to transport you to a glittering Tokyo night!

We’re located at the beautiful Civic Park, off King St, Newcastle. Just next to the fountain.
The site is open one hour before the first performance.
THE PARTY is only suitable for audiences 18+. Maho Magic Bar is a licensed venue and evening performances are recommended for mature audiences aged 12+. If you are aged under 18 years you must be accompanied by a responsible adult. The performance may involve adult themes, alcohol use, strobe and haze effects.
The Spiegeltent is enclosed, and shows will go ahead in all weather conditions. You may want to bring an umbrella or poncho to keep you dry before the tent is open.
In the unlikely event of cancellation due to severe weather, we will text and email anyone who bought a ticket for that session.
