Strut & Fret delivered a 16 day program for Tastes of the Gold Coast food and wine festival in 2010 and 2011. The Festival boasted 25 events showcasing regional produce and quintessential Gold Coast experiences. Strut & Fret managed the creative production and event management of the festival which included signature events, cocktail parties, degustation dinners, cooking demonstrations, kids cooking workshops, tasting menus and community events.
